Quezon City, June 9, 2025—The Deputy District Director for Administration/Officer-in-Charge, Quezon City Police District, PCOL Randy Glenn Silvio announced the arrest of five (5) Most Wanted Persons, including two District Level MWPs, in different operations.
The District Intelligence Division (DID) under PLTCOL Rossel Cejas served Warrant of Arrest (WOA) to the No. 10 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Payatas Bagong Silangan Police Station (PS 13) identified as alias “Mary”, 58 years old, and resident of Brgy. Project 3, Quezon City at 11:45 PM of June 7, 2025 at PS 13 Custodial Facility. She has a pending WOA for Estafa issued by Branch 75, Municipal Trial Court (MTC), Marikina City.
The accused was earlier arrested by the PS 13 operatives at 5:30 PM of June 7, 2025 in front of United Dialysis and Kidney Care, Inc., Brgy Concepcion, Marikina City for Estafa Through Falsification of Commercial Documents by a Private Individual issued by Branch 138, Metropolitan Trial Court (MeTC), Quezon City and another Estafa issued by Branch 32, Regional Trial Court (RTC), Quezon City.
In another operation, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU) under PMAJ Allan Rainier Cabral served WOA upon the No. 6 District Level MWP identified as alias “Mark Anthony”, 32 years old, and resident of Brgy. Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City at 1:00 PM of June 7, 2025 at CIDU, Camp Karingal, Quezon City. He has a pending WOA for violation of R.A. 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016) issued by Branch 230, RTC, Quezon City.
Later that day, the Project 6 Police Station (PS 15) under PLTCOL Roldante Sarmiento, together with CIDU operatives, also served WOA to the same suspect, listed as the No. 9 MWP of PS 15 at 9:40 PM of June 7, 2025 at CIDU Custodial Facility. He has a pending WOA for Robbery issued by Branch 76, RTC, San Mateo, Rizal.
In addition, CIDU operatives arrested the No. 2 District Level MWP identified as alias “Jaypee”, 41 years old, at 10:00 AM of June 7, 2025, at his residence in Pansol Anonas, Quezon City. He has a pending WOA for two (2) counts of Rape, Acts of Lasciviousness and violation of R.A. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) issued by Branch 13, RTC, Quezon City.
Moreover, at 3:15 PM of June 7, 2025, the Fairview Police Station (PS 5) under PLTCOL Geronimo Dimayuga, Jr, and Ipil Municipal Police Station served WOA upon the No. 7 MWP of PS 5 identified as alias “Russel”, 26 years old, and resident of North Fairview, Quezon City at Ipil District Jail Male Dormitory Sibugay, Zamboanga City. He has a pending WOA for violation of R.A. 10883 issued by Branch 141, RTC, Antipolo City, Rizal.
Finally, the Eastwood Police Station (PS 12) under PLTCOL Mary Grace Nasdoman arrested their No. 10 MWP identified as alias “Jorjie”, 31 years old and resident of Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City at 12:06 NN of June 8, 2025 along C. Franco St., Novaliches, Quezon City. He has a pending WOA for violation of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) issued by Branch 103, RTC, Quezon City.
The respective courts of origin of the Warrants will be notified regarding the arrest of the wanted persons.
“Hindi titigil ang QCPD sa pagtugis sa mga most wanted persons upang linisin ang ating mga lansangan. Ang bawat warrant na aming nasisilbi ay isang hakbang patungo sa mas ligtas at payapang komunidad”, said PCOL Silvio. ##
