
Quezon City, June 26, 2025—In its continued intensified implementation of the campaign against Wanted Persons, PCOL Randy Glenn Silvio, Deputy District Director for Administration/Officer-in-Charge, Quezon City Police District (QCPD), announced the arrest of four (4) Station-Level Most Wanted Persons in separate manhunt operations.
The Talipapa Police Station (PS 3) under PLTCOL Bryan Angelo Pajarillo arrested their No. 5 MWP identified as alias “Richard”, 54 years old, resident of Brgy. Tandang Sora, Quezon City at 5:30 PM of June 25, 2025 along Magnolia Place, Brgy. Tandang Sora, Quezon City. He has a pending WOA for Rape issued by Branch106, Regional Trial Court (RTC), Quezon City. Upon verification through the Investigation Solution Automatic Verification (ISAV) system, it was revealed that the accused had a previous case of the same violation in May 2022.
In another operation, the Fairview Police Station (PS 5) under PLTCOL Geronimo Dimayuga, Jr arrested their No. 1 MWP identified as alias “Jhon”, 25 years old, resident of Brgy. Greater Fairview, Quezon City, at 10:30 AM of June 25, 2025 along Roces St., Brgy. Greater Fairview, Quezon City. He has a pending WOA for Robbery issued by Branch 107, RTC, Quezon City.
Also, the Cubao Police Station (PS 7) under PLTCOL Ramon Czar Solas arrested their No. 4 MWP identified as alias “Joseph”, 42 years old, at 1:45 PM of June 25, 2025 in his residence in Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City. He has a pending WOA for Robbery issued by Branch 88, RTC, Quezon City.
Finally, the Project 4 Police Station (PS

under PLTCOL Angelito De Juan arrested their No. 1 MWP identified as alias “Michael”, 34 years old, at 8:00 PM June 25, 2025, in his residence in Mayamot, Antipolo City, Rizal, CALABARZON. He has a pending WOA for two (2) counts of Lascivious Conduct and Statutory Rape issued by Branch 72, RTC, Antipolo City, Rizal.
